- In May 2011 clan entered into an agreement with Par Pharmaceutical Inc. which is the 5th largest generic pharmaceutical company in USA. As part of the agreement Edict share has been transferred to Par Pharma in February 2012 for total consideration of around 37.6 Millions USD.
- Clan is in the process of expanding its operation into various other pharmaceutical business like Bulk Drugs, Manufacturing of formulation, Exporting of drugs to Semi Regulated Markets and etc.
- Clan Promoters are also promoting Delvin Formulation Pvt. Ltd, which is a domestic pharmaceutical marketing company in India.
- It is in the process of incorporate its subsidiary called Numen Health Care Pvt. Ltd. in Singapore which will trade pharmaceutical products globally from Singapore
